After years spent travelling the world and working in professional kitchens, founder Augusta dreamed of creating something different. She wanted a dessert experience that felt welcoming and genuinely uplifting. Not rushed. Not forgettable. Just real.
Together with her husband Ian, she opened the first Happy Pops store in Noosa in 2018. It was a small space built around creativity, real ingredients, and human connection.
What happened next was something you can’t plan for. Families kept coming back, visitors told their friends, and social media filled up with smiling faces and beautifully crafted gelato pops. Happy Pops had become part of people’s lives, woven into birthdays, holidays and all the little moments in between.
Today, as the brand grows, that original intention remains unchanged: offering a premium product with a fun experience.
